SME Dispute Resolution

Keeping small businesses out of messy, costly and protracted disputes is the aim of a one-stop-shop online dispute tool.

The site will provide quick overview of options for businesses looking to resolve problems.  Dispute Support has been developed by the Australian Small Business Commissioner's office with input from state small business commissioners.

The purpose of the online tool is to help small businesses to identify the most appropriate low-cost dispute resolution service for the dispute they found themselves embroiled in.

Go to Australian Small Business Commissioner

Whilst the site will not solve a problem, it will provide first contact guidance.
